Then today we completed our true Orleans experience. For lunch we went on a run to get the famous Po' Boy. Most of us had the shrimp and few had the catfish. It was so good! 
Then instead of the Sonic run, we stopped to buy CRAWFISH. We had a demonstration and everything! 
Then we made a late night run to Cafe Du Monde for beignets. Another thing to check off the list
